Anyone know the specifics of the rewards changes mentioned on the beat? Direct questions were glossed over. It sounds like the intent is to not reward low performers in November? With the November layoff rumors this is even more concerning.

No, low performers were already laid-off (or will continue to be laid off). The intention is to reward manager's designated high performance(critical to retain). I use the word "designated" cause I am well aware that there are a lot favoritism and bad management practice in CISCO. Your manager can/will still paint a picture that if you work hard and perform - you still have a chance to get merits come May 2026. BTW, stocks are a lot smaller than last time I was told but cannot verify.
Nov layoffs are confirmed. They will be at the same % as the recent one
