If they offer severance, I think half of the workforce will volunteer at this point.

Should not be complaining about an 80 cent raise when it was only you and BH that gt a raise. The rest of us got NOTHING. Inflation has hit hard. I’m so broke I can’t afford to open my eyes in the morning.
where are you going to go
the job market is a mess
Leadership are clowns..
Probably most of the tenure employees would volunteer for a severance package. I am one hoping for that package considering my pay is embarrassing and insulting in comparison to a new employee starting at BOA's minimum wage. Manager's response in my last meeting was that I have to wait until February for the next raise. The last raise was a whopping EIGHTY CENTS. New hires will get a DOLLAR increase coming up this fall. Meanwhile I get repeated feedback that I have I give TWO months notice for quitting. Manager requires me to gain more responsibilities learning new processes from previous employees who retired. Since the beginning of the month, I was asked to work OT several times a week to make up for management's short staffing. At home, my spouse told me many times to quiet quit and only do the minimum. I am at a crossroad as BOA's culture is getting worse. So close to retirement. If I got a package, then game over...
Definitely the case in Global Ops in NYC. Heck, it would be more like 75-80% instead of half. It's unfathomable how poor the leadership is.
