Hopefully he will be gone soon because he is too dramatic, loose cannon, and fake as he-l. Now that Bhashin has moved onto another company I hope Tom sees his value with moving on into the entertainment world with his over dramatic self. And he can take his boss BM aka Bull$!@# Moynihan with him too. This bank need a WHOLE lot of new leadership changes because if it wasn't for us little folks the big wigs wouldn't be getting the bonuses and pay increases to keep this company a float. I wished the Board of Directors would realize the direction of this bank su-ks.
lol I'll never forget when Montag was still here it was full on COVID and Scriv got tasked with all the PPE and distancing and in office planning, and someone said in a leadership meeting that Scriv was 'driving trucks of masks' around as he got pulled off SIM to do it. I'll always associate him with that level of cheerleader for the bank. He is a very good cheerleader, and I loved in one of his recent global meetings/town halls/whatever he started going down the story of going to a concert with and partying with his daughter... Just hilarious stuff. Dare we miss Cathy perhaps...
He's one of those guys, the first time you see him, he makes a good impression with his energy and and all. But then as time goes by and the more you see him in those town halls and/or "All Hands", you realize more and more how phony he is.
Probably a very very very long time
