Yes , correct. Lousy raises, crummy bonuses, forced RTO , overworked , increased cost of benefits and incompetent managers. That's the brilliant formula for attrition.
Totally agree with the poster below. But when the rescission hits hard next year job security is a blessing that many will not have.
Yea, our strategy is to make employees miserable with with our draconian work-at-office policy, diva "leaders", kiss-a** inept managers, convoluted processes, and a plethora of benefits no one can actually qualify for or use.
Then, we just sit back and watch the talent walk out the door on their own.
Guess there's sorta a sick security in that. We're not at risk of losing our jobs, but get to stay and be miserable while the leaders puff up their own egos (and bank accounts).
