Our market has been besieged by robberies over the past couple of months. Another one occurred this morning. Just about every FC in our market has been consistently understaffed for a very long time and these organized crime groups have clearly taken notice. I am constantly afraid for our safety because we are greatly outnumbered, running the FC with just 3 - 5 people most days. Leaders do not seem to care. Just post more black and white pictures of people wearing hoods, masks, and sunglasses in the break rooms, and reminding us to "be alert" even though everyone is overfocused on work, doing the job of 3 + people every day.

The understaffed FC's have been going on for the past several years. The Market Leaders don't care and why should we care? This bank is being run by incompetent mofos and that starts from the CEO on down with his stupid azz saying we will have organic or natural downsizing. This company is a complete shlithole and this is why we have understaffed branches with upset customers because of wait times.
