did you get the usual 2%? bonus less or flat at best?

I’m in a line of business. Grade K in pgh
115k & 10-15% bonus.
Well if you were an L you didn't work for me. I haven't let any L's go. And if you didn't get 30% and worked in technology, your boss screwed you. I give; Directors ~ 60-80%, L's ~30%, K's ~ 15-25%, J's 15%, but all subject to change based on rating. The thing that is ridiculous, is the guidelines and flags (if too much or too little) are based upon a percent of previous year, not based on current gross.
Like I said you can see this on Glassdoor to verify yourself. I have no clue what the business gives, I suspect less.
VPs (J/K/L)
Pay - 107-235k. Bonus 28-53K, stock 24-46k (this is the RSU once you make over 50k bonus)
Um, I was an L level and I never saw 30%, even when I "exceeded expectations" (which was 2 years running, and then all of a sudden I "did not meet expectations" and got ever-decreasing bonuses for the next 4 years. I guess they wanted me to quit so they could avoid severance, but eventually they folded and let me go in September.
LOL not sure why someone down voted the 10-25% reply. That is what J/K get in technology @ Pershing. L's is 30%+ Directors get 70%+ bonus, a third of which is RSU that vest over 4 years. If you get laid off you get to keep the RSUs. If quit before 60, or are fired, you lose them. You can see for yourself on Glassdoor.
- 7% … what a joke
- 0 or 2.5%.
There, I fixed it. Stupid auto correct!
What band only gets 2%? My team varies from 10-25%. This year's numbers were 5% less than last year. But still around average 10-25
