@cgh, when I was fired, they didn't mention it in my agreement but I got a bonus in my check. It was only the usual couple thousand dollars but still...
Knowing our top secret incompetent management, your boss likely didn't know you were going to be gone when deciding on bonuses.
I went through "Letter Agreement" (attachment B - Personal Data Sheet) and while it shows the number of weeks I'm entitled to, and what sort of benefits, it makes no mention of incentive compensation / bonus.
Did I get screwed or is it because bonuses haven't been announced yet? Anyone out there see any mention of it in their letter?
Yes you can still get it if your manager wills it . But most don’t because they want give the 10 % team bonus to their future slaves.
