Four years ago I was part of the “unlucky” bunch who were given false reviews after years of high performance. It took a while to find a new job elsewhere but the one thing I miss is the horrible atmosphere. There is life outside of BNY where professionalism reigns supreme and you are treated with dignity.
Even if rough waters hit and they inevitably do, there is no rumor mongering creating this psychological torture chamber on a daily basis like the boneyard. You’d think someone in psychop’s was running management the way they allow these leaks to occur.
If management can’t fix their problems how do you expect them to fix the issues surrounding the whole company? Clean house from the executive floors and 5 levels down and build anew. The idea of cutting J/K/L/M grades is laughable - that’s not management any more than the cashier who takes your order at Starbucks is.
