It was 100%, but I was too valuable to layoff but apparently not valuable enough to reward. So I took matters into my own hands and quit. 3,000 hour years, exempt from OT and 1% raises. This happens for years after exempt employees go above the midpoint of your grade. It was destroyed my life and my health. I didn’t even know what a weekend was anymore.
