Manager called team together and informed of mandatory 3 days in office to be enforced. If they are calling meetings to enforce this is this part of the new get people to resign and reduce head count ploy ?

There needs to be more clarification regarding vacation/sick days. For example if I have two days off for vacation during a week, how many days do I have to work in the office the rest of the week?
All you have to do is buy your boss tickets to a Red Wings hockey game and buy him beer. Then the rules don't apply to you. Plus you'll get promoted to SVP in 60 days. True story.
Wonder how they account for vacation time, personal days, etc? They linking back to workday time off entries? If your on vacation for the week not going to have any badge swipes.
Heard the same thing. Manager was asked if the team was coming in three days a week. Seems like they will be monitoring this closely. No idea how they will track it. Last I heard it would be days where you've swiped in. They've always been notoriously ambiguous about how they monitor in the past. So it's anyone's guess as to what happens.
Curious who “they” are specifically. It was stated on a call w/ leaders that reports won’t be given to leaders/managers (and that included band 3 leaders being told they wouldn’t see reporting). Not saying someone won’t be looking- just curious who and how - and the approach.
Everyone will just file for accommodations.
They’re just going to force even more people to go out in LOA and seek medical accommodations to WFH.
A team on my floor that is 3 days in the office was just told they need to come in a 4th day. Starting Feb 1st!!!!
