Hiring in "high growth" means those segments with 1%-2% growth projection in 2023 vs others being flat or negative?

Arvind said last year on CNBC I think no more layoffs. He meant for that week?
Horrible results and outlook...
All 2023 could see multiple waves of layoffs no? Is 3900 the final number?

said. That is about 22,000 lower than the figure
disclosed for December 2021.
