1st year with the Bank and operate fairly siloed from my manager. When will bonuses be available to view on MyReward? I believe they are paid in February but have no idea what to expect or any details at this point.

Employees can simply call 1-800-HR4U (hint use the letters above the numbers on the keypads). Recent D.E.I. hires can do the same but will receive immediate white glove treatment by HR even if they cannot provide their Employee ID.

BNY blocks looking at the 2nd paystub in February online due to the perpetual ineptness of managers messing up telling employees their bonuses. Countless times people have learned their bonus by checking online paycheck on MyHR before their manager relayed what they got. One time a CEO gave someone another person's bonus because he didn't know who he was talking to. Can't make that up if you tried.
Not that I would know what a bonus is but the people that I worked for that did get them or who do get them say it's always in the last paycheck in February.

It has to be done prior to start of the last pay period in February because sometimes you can view your paycheck on first day of period. So your manager will tell you by 2/14.
Call hr
My manager told me that info will be released mid-February. That’s the usual month for it and bonus, if any, I think appears at the end of Feb paycheck
Call your bank multiple times a day. They'll tell you before your manager.
They are only available on MyReward after a conversation with your manager, when you'll be told the amount and (if any) salary increase.
