Cough cough..

Anyone else have 2-3 folks in their vicinity at the office hacking their lungs out all day?! What happened to “if you’re sick stay home”?!? WTH!! I have a baby.. I’m terrified of RSV! Guessing people aren’t trusted to work from home all of a sudden even if they’re sick (and they don’t want to burn all their sick time)?!? Guess I should have shut down that laptop last time we had to WFH due to weather, right??

This is NUTS! 3 people near me have been coughing their @$ses off for 2 weeks now and it makes me sick to my stomach.

Attribute this to managers that have no concept of what that word means.

What's with all these mewling ...

I had chronic cougher near me a few years back. Escalated the issue to her manager & HR. She was sent home & told to return to work when a doctor released her as able to return with a note. She came back a few weeks later with the same behaviors. She was sent home again by HR ultimately she resigned. Situation resolved. Take action instead of complaining on this site.

yeah they say stay home but they really want you at the office and track that. our office is mostly empty on any given day but we are expected to be there. health be damned. maybe your coworker is confused by all the double talk by management.

The person behind me hacked daily for years. Beyond frustrating, most don't care about the associates around them. Hence the ice chewing, loud talking, and numerous other things. Fortunately for myself I was in a position to tell BAC to kick rocks when they told me to return to the office.

Stop putting money in BofA or ML. They won't be there in 3 to 5 years from now.
