Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Helmerich & Payne layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

@OP Because of the recent end of the WFH policy and to avoid layoffs because of that increase in cost, employees will be given a chance to "voluntarily depart" from the company with a small severance package. If not enough employees take the voluntary departure, there will be lay offs.
