yes, I will create shareholder value by complicating things needlessly, reorganising the company on an illogical basis, and entering into markets we have no business being in.

nobody has created value in 20 years. market cap is 130,000,000,000 usd less than it was in 2005.
If you haven’t already been creating shareholder value, you should have already been laid off.
