Thread regarding Capital One layoffs

It's incredible the bold face lies and gaslighting coming from this administration, and the media was completely folded. Can you imagine if the job market was this horrible under Biden or Obama? The economy is in the cr-pper for everyone but the top 1%. Trump et al. is decimating the U.S. only to further enrich the almost-trillionaires. That's sociopathic.

Not panicking but if it concerns you a lot, my approach is to remain optimistic! Believe the best for yourself and deliver the same. If it's your time to be let go or someone you care about, the best thing you can do is be prepared for whatever. Don't let things that are not in your control, control your emotions and outlook for your future. I don't have it all and I do sometimes subconsciously stress about the unknown, but at the end of the day, I know what's for me is for me and no one can change that. So I'm speaking this to myself as well. My trust is in the Most High regarding uncertainty and the desires I have for the best future. If the future includes some challenges - I'm game! So if I remain at Cap1 I'm good and if I must go, I'm still just as good! No panicking allowed when we can only play the cards we were dealt. Just be wise and prepare for the worst while expecting the best.

Capital one hires because it does stack rankings and every year 15% are fired by PIPs.

We all know the job market is getting worse by the day. But our gov't will sp-t out FAKE job number report to make it look like everyone is doing fine. And the markets will continue to rise based on the FAKE numbers as the division between the rich and poor increase with more middle class joining the poor category.
Hope you've saved up enough money, if not, Raman noodles taste pretty good.
