I'm ready to get no raises and zero or low bonus this year. SVPs decide who to reward. Its demotivating when we do all the work and come up with the ideas, only for people above you to take your credit and present to the SVPs as their own. They get rewarded with raises, bonuses and promotions while you end up stagnant or terminated.
Having worked here more than a decade, I come across some individuals that are higher level than me and I'm supprised how little they know and how unprofessional they behave. They have no relevant experience, skills, or knowledge. They demean you because they felt entitled to do so. They can't even manage out of a paper bag. The company culture here is very bad here.
