@a1 Primary Sales was let go. The few that weren't are being moved to customer service.
I agree they will continue until we're gone.
NA chat all got let go. I'm not sure why I care at this point but they will regret it eventually. Overseas and AI is so bad. Half the work was trying to talk people off the cliff that were told wrong things or just transferred back and forth for no reason
It was all of global and some of B2C sales. Im guessing this is just the start of the layoffs and they will be cleaning house with other depts. Offshore is taking over all of customer service, and ticket work.
