Also- what’s the hold up on getting our reviews back? I’ve heard they’ve been pushed to January now.

Maybe if you’re in a low bonus area, but I’m pretty sure people in my group still received a bonus despite their rating. It may impact the amount somewhat, but I don’t think they’d withhold what may be 10-20% of someone’s total comp for a partially met.
A rating of partially met does not receive bonus or raise if eligible.
I think they pushed reviews to the end of January so they don't have to bother doing all that paperwork before a big layoff makes it a moot point.
I got a partial last year in one category. Didn’t matter or effect my raise/bonus - sht is sht.
It’s all BS anyhow.
My review this year lasted 20 seconds.
I don’t know of anyone in my group getting partially met last year, only exceeded, mets, and did not meet. I imagine that partially met might as well be a 0% raise, since meets was almost nothing last year as well.
Anyone have any insight into partial expectations as it compares to below expectations? Are those ranked partial still getting a bonus/raise?
I have a feeling partial on one of the categories is just another sleight of hand to reach the 10-20% in the bottom category.
Partially? WTF? Why are you still working at BNY Mellon? New Year is coming. Time to get out!
Yes, this is year 2 for that rating.
I’ve added “partially tried” to my repertory.
Partially met has been around since last year, don’t stir the pot
