Literally, 400-500 people report into her/her directs. Some of her direct D's have 40-50 people by themselves. What exactly is she delivering for Citi? DCRM? That's a joke - the data concerns are not resolved by her team. Her data concern team, led by her MD Donna G, are glorified p;roject managers setting up meetings for others to resolve the problems. Why do they need so many people? Reference data? That by itself is a joke at Citi considering that security master central itself has so many issues with data accuracy. At smaller firms, her team alone would make up 50% of the org. This is highway robbery.

@e5 : True . Funny part is once the DCRM is closed/remediated all those extra teams ( setting up meetings) show as their accomplishment to the management as if they have actually worked on the remediation.
Most of these free loaders don't even know how the bank operates or have business/finance understanding.
I agree 100%. Her scorecard is always a hot mess. idk how she has so many staff still under her. I hear the town halls just people other than her talking the whole time. No one knows what she, her MDs, or directors do all day but have meetings ,micromanage, and complain. Don't forget all the directors who report to other directors under her MDs. The tools they build are awful. I's a fact not opinion.
Oh and ask anyone in that org or in the firm what the heck Olympus is or what it does and you'll get crickets. Glad I'm not in that org but it is not any better in other orgs either. lol.
@a8 Olympus is like the aristocrats joke. Say whatever you want leading up to it, conclude with "in Olympus" and it's a complete statement that gets everyone off your back for a few months.
People under her, especially the Olympus folks, regularly get promoted. This year alone, 2 D's have made MD's and at least one SVP has made D in the Olympus team. What exactly has Olympus achieved so far? They don't even have rules for measuring data accuracy. Laughable really. Bunch of people are robbing Citi blind. ED is one of them.
