Anyone have any insight into partial expectations as it compares to below expectations? Are those ranked partial still getting a bonus/raise?
I'm wondering the same. I would appreciate it if someone could answer these questions.

It’s total B.S. I was ranked as partial and I’m not partial to this job or company in the least. These clowns owe me an apology.
Just another way to set you up for future potential separation package. Consider yourself on the radar even if you are performing your job functions. Does not surprise me that this company finds ways to target employees they feel they can do without! Good luck and do yourself a favor and update your resume. Getting out while you still have a job is the best thing you can do!

It means you partially have a job and partially have a problem
