I need a raise

how much does our chro make ? I make $89000and work 60 hours a week. Then get blamed by rvps who make $250000 for taking too much time. what they don't know is iam working late nights many weeks a year to help them out. How are they working late nights to help me ? one way street & smelly sch.it runs downhill onto my fayce.

rvps, vps, & everyone in cap management and in c-suite is vastly overpaid. just think, 80% of day is spent reading emails & in non productive meetings & thay are paid a boat load of money for what ? unproductive. Non productive. never were productive. Cover & duck & run & shell & blame. They can go F.U-K THEM.SELVES

@OP all of this is so sad and pathetic. This company is F&@ck3d in the long run and anyone with any brain knows it. But hey…keep blaming the cool kids you’re all jealous of…you know the ones you all watched with disgust from afar that you know are better than you…the cool kids with the brains and the social skills moved on easily and with the courage and determination God gave them…they didn’t have to rely on the gravy train known as MOA. Iron sharpens iron and the sharpest of MOA are long gone

Not complaining, really, but can someone seriously tell us what the Head of Comp does all day? And for the money she's making, that could pay for several raises for people who deserve it. There is no comp structure to speak of here. Job architecture stripped many of us of our titles and gave us very little back in comp. Would love to follow her for ONE day and see what she actually spends her day doing...that is, on the rare occasion she actually comes into the office.

The project managers in IT royally S-u-ck. Lazy. Unmotivated. Some are borderline incompetent. Before i left Moa a while back, we spent $50,000,000.00 on IT and most was spent on vendors and these vendors did most of the work and many like fis are wholly slow and incomptent. Someone needs to audit the production of IT and the $50M spent on waste.

@1d2 mutual corporate management has misclassified certain employees for decades and have gotten away with it. Now, they don't want to pay overtime but want employees to work long hours. Time cards say 37.5 to 40 hours but no one works that. Many in the field, admin ops such as conversions & underwriting & certain areas in IT are being robbed of wages. Wage theft. They are only 1 dol complaint away from being f^c*ked by media reports & the pulitzer prize wining NY Post

In many states major companies have been sued over working salaried employees with overtime. These companies have reclassified many employees earning under 70k as hourly and thus pay overtime rather then the huge fines and audits created by these type of d-mb policies. Warning to mgmt reclassify now or don't cry in your beer when you get sued and lose.

@17v Company decided to extended many leases coming out of covid**That was a huge mistake++lacked vision and forethought. to have over 50 offices in the US & most times those regional office were 3/4 empty, was a coll-a.ss-al unforced error:::Add on top of that corporate donations of over $5M per year plus exotic stadium suites and you can now appreciate why the former C-Suite Execs r not here$$to have so much duplication in AZ, FL, NYC when we hire so many outside vendors to do our work & IT does jack, is a $20M per year

@w5 Do you know when the leases expire on all of these footprints? Can't just walk out whenever you feel like it. I'm guessing we have less offices than we used to. Also, there are business continuity reasons for having a Boca and a Phoenix office. Probably other reasons too.

@w5 over the past three years, how many employee benefit and HR employees have been let go ?

Are there more employees in those departments now or at the beginning of 2023 ?

      How many VPs or above have been laid off since 2023 ?

@tf did they provide a moving allowance to florida or how did that work ? They should close phoenix. No sense of keeping boca, nyc, phoenix and all the other footprints intact. Company only supports about 350,000 active participants with a balance. It is shrinking not growing. There are bunch of d.ead wood here for like 30yrs plus that gotta go. Can them, and give us all each $10K COLA raises. by the by, how much does the ex vp of hr, sr vp of comp, and sr vp of benefits make $ over $1.2M a year and 80% of the day they are paid lavishly to check emails and attend meetings and do nothing to bring in and save clients. Total waste of $ and space🤬🤬🤬😱

I hear you guys but when we relocated from NY to Boca we were under paid too, because they thought that Florida is much cheaper to live in compared to NY
and for 12 years we were kept at our original low salary with no increased.
So get used to it

I live in NYC and F*ckin Mamdami is raising our Property Taxes !! I only make $61,000 as a Home Office employee. The CHRO and CEO make over 10 times, 10 times as much as me. It's BS

i only make $67,000. how much does the director of comp make ? she does absolutely nothing, is totally, and is useless. does almost nothing each day. should be a contracted outsourced role for no more than $25k-$50k per a.nus

@c5 if i stop working 60 hrs a week, my rvp would be all over me for not keeping up w/client meetings. maybe they can send C. bailley to do my meetings as we have head he does nothing. Waste O space
