Since there are so many complaints by employees which IMO is valid, continue to work at MOA. Move to another company no one is holding you there.

@1vb IT does little work and is not productive+Group sales reps, most never come close to hittin goal. C-suite is overpaid+getting paid $750k per year to check email, be in meetings, and be a video production editor for monthly dei events=Waste O'Money.

Just shows that MOA isn't as bad as some state.
The one's that complain the most are the one's that can only survive in a work envioment like MOA.
If they had talent and a work ethic it would be easy for them to move to another company. But they stay since in MOA you can survive with doing minimal work and without quality and still survive.
People stay for different reasons. For some of us the commute works well and there’s value in having tenure. Going somewhere new can also mean being first in, first out if things turn south.
@gw i've developed ptsd the last few yrs due to stress at the company so the medical plan is getting a great workout. So many have gone out on stress related stuff that it is mind blowing. 245 people got laid--off. Where in the Ayatollah's name is the work going to go to ?
How many associates will leave after incentive comp is paid out next week ? HR estimates 10-15.

The previous poster is right about you staying. An angry response shows he hit a nerve and shows there is truth in his statement.
Based on your reponse you stay there to do nothing which does show you cannot work anywhere else.
