For those of you who have been mandated to return to the office 4 days a week are you complying? Has anyone heard of what consequences we face if we don't comply?

I understood AVPs (?) and above have had to come in 4 days a week. Also talked to senior leader who implied part of the RTO mandate coming is due to people blowing off the 2 days/week in-office schedule. So, sounds like these people are partly to blame for the mandate. Just things I've heard.
There is tracking of your IP addresss but the report is only seen by your dept if requested..ex. They suspect someone isn’t coming in so they request the report. so many areas don’t need to comply with the 4 days a week its ridiculous. The areas that are following it must be hoping for an exodus of employees
My manager has indicated that they have never seen a report on in office time and they've been with TD many years. The sense I got was don't ask, don't tell. I think what bothers me more is there are those who never come in, even under the 2 day mandate and guessing that will continue with 4 days. It seems there is disparity in how it was applied.
The tracking has been in the background for years but now they are dialing in to ensure you are working your full day and don’t check the cnn website. It is al getting reported to your manager
How can there be consequences when the management indicated there would be no tracking? Of course that could be just another of the many lies we have heard from management.
