Stores closing in CA region

VP said there will be 6 stores closing in the CA region this year. Came down on last STL call. Looking at 3 in the greater LA area, 1 in San Diego and two in northern California. Going to be cutting the stores with the lowest sales volume because they're not meeting sales projections and they're running above cost for labor.

Funny thing is that those who brought us the 70-90M loses of Davis and Trinity are still there calling shots. I'm guessing that at least 3000 employees were attritioned out of jobs due to these failures by a cult of personality that were promoted by the way they look so their failures always get swept under the rug by the other unqualified fl@ming socialists...it's the new normal

@jq Which store is the "flagship" store? Trinity closed years ago. The others all day good sales, so I doubt they'll close.

Los Gatos also moved and has a new store open already, so the old is closing. That's 2 accounted for.

the wf "leadership" team is a bunch of unqualified bottom feeders that never promote the most qualified people for any position because it will reveal who they really are: weak. They would never promote someone smarter then they are and here we are back at the hippy peer review based promotions that only promotes wannabes and those who are easily manipulated. You can count on loyalty from people who are promoted in spite of the fact they lack qualifications and haven't actually earned it but will do anything to keep it. Nepotism by design is why we went under the first time.

@4yd we all are wondering too how she got that job... considering LAJ had so many roaches and almost got shut down. I hear her office will be in the downtown store.
