I was terminated last month, and I had a question regarding the shares that were granted to me last year. Am I still eligible to receive or keep those stocks? If so, could you guys please guide me on how I can access or claim them?

you should log in to your EquatePlus account and you'll see the answer.
don't have an equate plus account? That means you never accepted the terms of the award and forfeited it.
You don’t get them because they’re not ours for two yet still. If you’re fired or quit they’re gone

I wouldn't want Wells Shares,,,,a worthless firm.
If you were fired, not laid off, you lose those shares. Not to worry, they'll probably be worth 10 cents a share by the time they're available to cash out.

Retirement/Displacement with Severance - your shares will continue to vest and you will receive the award
Termination(no severance)/Resignation - award is cancelled
Depends on the vesting schedule and your age. You mean the ones everybody got last year, or RSRs granted as bonus? You should have logged in to the long term stock plan account to accept them. You can use the login and password you set up to see them from home.
