Thread regarding USAA layoffs

I wish the job market was better

I would have been out of this place a year ago. But no luck so far. How many others are stuck just because they can't find anything else right now?

The job market is tough, but not impossible. Just takes a little more effort than normal.

Be the first 100 applicants. Apply within the first 1-10 hours the job is posted. Will 100x your response rate

USAA knows the job market is bad and is using that to its own advantage. This isn’t 2021-2023 anymore when employees had the advantage in the job market for the first time in many decades.
