40 let go last week. A couple were people that were the only person that worked on their particular project in their capacity. I wish them well. It's basically monthly now.

Where are they on finding a new VP of Sales? Last I heard they were less than a month away and that was back in January 😆
@f3 yeah, every time this happens there’s some post on LinkedIn about some very senior person being hired.
Yup! Last Friday folks were invited to a Teams call with a director and an HR person. The director read from a script that consisted of Omnicell cliches and catch-phrases without a a real explanation as to how they were selected or weren't suitable for to carry out the company's business plan. Then the HR person read their prepared statement about the severance and the timeline. Today (5/1) was independence, oops I mean severance day.

Seems as though they were very random acts by Sr leaders who are clearly disconnected from the field. No clear plan forward for who takes on the work of 40 bodies .... Interesting times for sure
Have to fund all the new VP roles we have hired!
