My last role had security. Should never have left for many reasons.
No layoffs. Abby doesn’t want to lose her friends
@ak yes it is a blessing to not live under a bridge
If you didn’t participate as required in Dynamic Office, I’d be prepared for being let go.
@ag - what kind of role has security?
They’re pulling a Trump move…distract about RTO by having a RIF so those left feel fortunate they are even still around.
Im so damn happy that my role has the security that it does, i feel horrible for the people who will be affected by this..
@ad - this sh-t is exactly why I don't give 100%. Sorry that happened to you.
@ac I hate to say it but that the old line used to those of us that didn’t get laid off at STT before we got to train our replacements from India. So I agree going into the office isn’t a death knell but we all know there’s more to the maneuver than meets the eye.
@a8 cause going back to the office doesn’t seem nearly as bad as no job.
People left after the RIF will be like: well, going to the office FT is gonna su-k but at least I have a job
For the 2024 RIF, managers were notified on Monday afternoon with names, then Tues/Wednesday was training, and Thursday morning delivery to associates.
Its 5/5
@a7 if you don’t know what “enterprise wide” means, you obviously don’t work here
I'm confused
why did they not do this first then decide RTO strategy after??
What does enterpeise wide mean
I heard the same.
Never mind 🙄
@OP is this rumor mill? My other post asking didn’t generate on here.
The least they could do is keep it to 5/5 so everyone can just go out drinking after!
Facts where did you get this or is this rumor mill?
