Any of the recent VSP retirees have any luck getting your welcome packet from HealthEquity who is supposedly administering our HRA accounts? We were supposed to receive it in April, but I have yet to get anything from them. I did purchase a Carefirst plan on the exchange, so I’m trying to get my reimbursements started? Thx

I never received a welcome packet but was able to get the account set up and have received my first reimbursement.
@1w8 Call Health Equity @866.346.5800 They are available 24/7. This is what I did, and they sent me a link to create my account. Since then, I've been able to make my claims for reimbursement. I also requested a welcome packet be sent AGAIN, since I never received it.
It's pretty pathetic that CareFirst isn't on top of this, so I would encourage everyone to e-mail retiree benefits as well and complain.

@cz interesting. I did email HR benefits last week and informed them that I hadn’t received anything. They asked me to wait until this week and let them know if I still didn’t get it, which I did today. so we’ll see what their response is. I would encourage anyone who hasn’t received it to email HR and let them know so we can get this ball rolling.
When I looked up health equity, they had bad reviews as far as customer service
The few VSP folks I have talked to - all submitted the attestation form but none have received the Healthequity HRA info yet.

Yes, I received mine, and they have already received reimbursement from them
