Stable accounts (prior to Industry POD) implementation have frequent escalations and major incidents. Moesman is sleeping at the wheel while his minions and direct reports do the bidding for him.

And you know how they deal with these escalations? By overcomplicating process further. By putting more "middle men" between our technical teams and client. Now standard processes take few times more time than they used to and upper management can't understand that issue is not in lack of procedures (where is our famous promised "Agile"?) but in fact employees are overworked, underpaid and burned out.

Mickey, together with a large number of other IBM Dinosaurs who were recycled and catapulted into the orange trash heap by IBM during the split had it coming a long time.
