@eg completely agree I ran out of rather large team for that firm many years ago after the merger and I can tell you that of the entire team I cannot say that even one percent of the people truly enjoyed working at that firm. It was an absolute meat factory, they grind the people pay them the bare minimum and don’t even have salaries and raises that keep up with inflation meanwhile, CEOs like the former Walt Bettinger and current android in charge make millions at the expense of the individuals that are doing the true work I used to almost vomit every time Binger used to come in and lay his thick, sugary bullsh-t on the teams about seeing things through clients eyes. What a fu--ing phony while people just struggled to get by and constantly lived on pins and needles regarding the security of their job, absolute terrible firm with management that continually gaslight employees definitely would not recommend working at this garbage dump.
It is all about maximizing the stock price these days.
Shareholders do not care about employee satisfaction, per se. Is there a connection? Yes, but there are quicker ways to maximize the stock price, than keeping employees happy.
That place is a complete shithole. We should outsource most of our work to GCC instead. They'll do it cheaper and probably better.
Hahahha! You think these awards are real? These are pay-for-play awards. Chuckie used to pay to enter (and get ranked). Even legit awards like JD Powers require a licensing fee to promote on the website. Cost cutting efforts in effect… gotta keep the stock price up and reduce costs.
