@OP wonder why they are encouraging earlier feedback on performance reviews this year? Is HR ever proactive? Hmm, maybe they are planning to use performance reviews as a means to address more staffing reductions in Q4?
Hard to say without access to the financial data but anything with less than 12% ROCE will a bullseye on it.
