We had people on our team that were promoted at mid year and received an award from VP in April for doing game changing work that were let go. I think no one is safe now.

@a7 agreed we survived this cut but lets be frank there are more coming ... Layoff package looks good in a twisted way to transitiion to more stable company
Yes but I also feel the ones who got out with a nice package are the fortunate ones.
