What was your RSU refresh after your Year End Conversations? Please include your level and performance rating.

I heard if you get meets expectations this year you only get 50% of your bonus. Anyone else heard this? I asked my manager and they didn't know so I called HR and they said there is no info available to them and to wait and see.

In the Service Delivery there have been 3 M2's have been gone this week or maybe last week and Knowledge of this getting out now. Its all very secretive. Are they working on the DNME now and cutting them?

Anyone else org seeing people quit left and right? My org lost around 10 people in the last 2 weeks.

So many great contractors here at Intuit - curious what will happen or how CW have been impacted during prior layoffs. I think it's safe to assume many will not get their contracts renewed.
