Possible mass layoff next year

I verbally heard in a bunch of meetings where Q3 2027 is when contract renewals are going to happen with US and Canadian staffing agencies and given how the CEO and the executives have been rooting for "APAC" (India) and AI. There is a huge chance that they are not going to renew their US and Canada contracts.

B-52 bo----s will finally ditch their 1960s engines this year as Boeing begins modifying the first two jets into the B-52J

You can bet Boeing's going to mess this up, be over budget and years late.
The Air Force is absolutely d-mb to have awarded Boeing this contract.

The Boeing Oklahoma office is like a revolving door. Nobody wants to work there and those that do, realize they don't want to work for Boeing at all and start looking for a better job.

Be smart and look elsewhere before accepting a job offer from Booz Allen Hamilton

They hire people to work on a contract they won. When the contract work is completed nine out of ten times, they lay the people off. Most the contracts this company wins are short term.
You would have more job security accepting a job at Home Deport than you would ever have in accepting a job at Booz Allen.

Notice period reduced? 60 days to 30 days

Hearing rumors that the notice period has been reduced from 60 days to 30 days. No official update from Aramco on this however. Can anyone confirm? Has there been an official communication? Does it apply to all expats/Grade codes?

If this reflects a change to contract, doesn't this need to be communicated?

Folks who have been rebadged as Infinite employees, are you contract based? Same salary? Benefits?

To those that were rebadged as Infinite employees, are you all on a contract basis now or not? Were you able to keep your same salary from Fiserv over? Are the benefits similar, or better/worse? How do promotions work with a 3rd party vendor or is your career progression over once you get rebadged?

70/30 Is not true

I just had a candid conversation with band 5 director offline. They said no on-shore hiring at all, first look for HIH if you can't find there, then contract one of the vendors. Some of the vendors already moved to fixed bid and to provide unlimited resources, i.e. whether you get 5 contractors or 10, the pay will be set once, fixed. The goal is not 70 HIH and 30 On shore, it's way less, only select managers will be around supervising HIH - When are we going to stop this? do we even have a government that cares about American workers anymore.
