@tx youre not wrong here in madison the same 4 women have gotten multiple promotions and even had jobs invented to promote them
in madison besides one person its the same mid year push to overly promote women to make the company look diverse
their are 2 per year
How many people usually get promoted in each dept?
@OP there are several cycles throughout year where people managers will get a chance to review and select candidates for promotion. Senior management will review and make determination. I would recommend having an open dialogue with your manager and be direct about your goals.
