Top Heavy & Toxic - Right?

Most every day, right, there's either a Sr Dir or AD role po$ted. RARELY do you see T3 - T5 postings in either Dig Product or Tech, right? Very few opportunies for promotions, right? I do reckon this company (right) doesn't have its priorities straight. The company should be hiring more of the people who are stressing in the trenches while trying to GSD in such a chaotic/'everything is the the top priority', so do it all' environment. It's becoming quite toxic and unsustainable. But...food truck day....right? Ain't it funny how so many people feel the need to include the word 'right' in every sentence? Or is it just me?

Deep deep cuts are needed. Brand is trash. Culture is lazy and arrogant. Nothing works right.

Maybe the company should’ve pivoted instead of scamming kids for contacts and labor - everyone mailed it in and collected fat paychecks.

STOP looking in your legacy tech department and LOOK in the HR organization. We have expanded our tech team 10x and run full dev, product, design teams without the legacy overhead of tech! Service now what? Change Managment what? No change management or ITSM to deal with, contact BS or LJ as they are leading us to the future not your techs past!!!!!!!!!!

Best department in the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
