How responsive is the HR “Alumni” team?

Sent an email to them yesterday afternoon with zero response yet aside from the auto generated one. Is this everyone else’s experience?

@OP Same here... it seems they reply in some online system but we don't have access to it. My post-employment experience since Feb 27th has been poor, to say the least.

Your alumni - HR is focused on making more Alumni not answering questions.
