The purge continues. 1/2 customer service social media team that supports customers vis social media channel were laid off and outsourced to Bangalore, India. Long time manager dating back to TSG included in layoffs. Hearing remaining half going after they train their replacements in India.

@OP Sad part is, TSG was a decent place to work for a bit there. Especially when the Dolan bump happened and they mostly got rid of handle time metrics with an emphasis on one and done. Monthly appreciation lunches, quarterly off site, bbq, appreciation weeks, off site yearly event, end of year bonus. Guess you don't know what you got till its gone. Altice took that all away and destroyed customer service along with dozens of other teams.
There is no employee appreciation anymore. You have to now also get your use of time off questioned. The yearly raises are pathetic. The level of responsibility continues to go up as more tasks get handed off for no additional pay. Taking a lunch break and 15s sometimes feels impossible because of the lack of coverage, bridge calls or just to busy. This company does not care about its workforce at all.
