Yup. STL ( who just returned from their third vaction in the last 6 months) sent an email stating that, because of the tight labor budget, everyone is expected to do twice as much and there will be no new hires. Sales have been through the roof, but I guess higher-ups need their bonuses. But hey, team members get a pizza party next week because we are "appreciated".
Oh are you talking about the labor cuts starting in January? Get ready for the new normal- long a-s lines at the registers, and customers screaming at the already overworked employees because there’s no one the check them out.
The pot is already full of sh-t nothing good has come down in quite a long time. Nothing good is ever coming again and the TMs have no intest in uniounizing so they won't cause any change.
Care to elaborate or are you just trying to stir the pot?
