Every employee knows this company is not employee friendly. No pay raises, bonus, promotions etc is the default. Nobody should be surprised. Those that stay understand this. Nothing will change. Company is a low cost provider with the emphasis on low cost. If someone wants to be respected for their work, exit the company asap. You will get nothing here.
