if it’s anonymous, how do you get an email reminding you to take it when you haven’t?
Just like Slido. They watch who submits the question. Suffer in silence, there’s other windmills to tilt at. We all know where this is headed, ride it out.
They’re going to cherry pick the results anyways.
Don’t waste your time. Haven’t filled a survey out in six years. So your senior leader doesn’t get a bump in their completion score - who cares?
I was honest. Got laid off. Coincidence? I doubt it.
Leadership can read everything and know who submitted what. Be careful what you write, they see all comments and know who submitted them, it's NOT anonymous. It's a good place to show loyalty and kiss A$$, but don't criticize the company or leaders.
It lets HR know who are the truly disgruntled.
