Will never happen due to fiber assets and debt, which SpaceX is trying to replace.

If this happens, more than 90% of T employees are canned within 1 year of the sale closing.
T mobile market cap is $40b higher and doesn’t come with the vast fiber network.

SpaceX is not going to sit around and bid against mobile carriers for spectrum when they can just acquire them. Unfortunately there will be scorched earth on the payrolls of whomever get acquired. If even half of the employees are retained I would be shocked. Leadership will all get canned, but of course only after their stock options spike to very profitable levels, so the sociopath execs still win in the end. Rewarded for driving the company into the ground.
When one company buys another it usually means layoffs, especially for the company being bought.
This would result in, Stankey is a loser, and T is donezo. He’s a failure in everything he attempts and should resign or be dishonorably discharged.
