Waiting is the hardest. This is torture. Let people know now, now that it’s out there!! and what is out is from June July August and Sept. then what? Ki-ling the summer and then what…..the holidays? Knowing now is more humane than later. People need to plan.

Why won’t they just let people know who are being laid off? Why is it such a hush hush?!!
If they told me that my last day is July10th, I would still come to work and do my job the same as always. I would rather know, than play this game of chess. I would be able to prepare for what lies ahead of July 10th.
They are saying we need to wait until end of July now, why?
Being transparent would involve honesty. Inform the employees that are actually being laid off so they are able to prepare instead of this mind f*** psychological game they are playing!!!
@ar those who are especially close to retiring should automatically get approved but don't fully quote me.
I am really hoping my application for vsp gets approved. I was planning on retiring soon. Do we know which departments have a better chance of approval?
