More cost cutting planned. As a result expect no raises and no CL promotions again this year. Meanwhile as inflation eats away at your pay, the buying power of your compensation goes down further.

Data guide comes out for P&B and is an estimate. Salary treatment discussions happen in late September or October and can be different than data guide. Data guide for Finance was 4.5% last year and ended up being 4% post salary treatment alignment with MC.
@17q It was above 5% for upstream last year. I think downstream was 5% and US staff (think HR, Finance, etc) was 4%. At least for the first version. Can’t recall if there was a last minute revision or not.
This is bullsheet. Larren Foods will never ever give raises to his employees. EVER. So stop daydreaming of promotions and raises. It ain't happening. The best strategy is to plan your exit NOW.
What was Dataguide last year? Thought it has been closer to 3% in recent years.
Do you have any actual information or are you just being cranky on the internet?
Our corporate plan Dataguides have a 5% salary escalation for US employees for 2027. That’s what we are using for plan assumptions. Also first year I’ve seen all organizations (Upstream, Downstream, US Staff) under one salary escalation number. Usually there are 3 separate ones.
