Is anyone here affected by Enterprise Security moving over to HCL? What are they telling you about timeline? Are you assuming an eventual RIF from HCL, and what is their severance?

Severance does not appear factored in. The difference in severance between Verizon and HCL by my calculation is up to 27 weeks lower.
@OP August 1st transition, sounds like a 12 month contract. I think the offer letters are going out on July 1st...100+ affected at this point. Severance is what is factored in from Verizon but could be wrong, either way most will be out of job in a year.
