Just received an invite for tomorrow morning, 55minutes long. Sent to 'ETIPS_ALL_FTEs', only tidbit is "Please join the leadership team for an update on our future operating model and strategy". Whatever that means?

@11a yeap the call center migration PM i have to deal in a real toxic manipulative Karen. Today she refused to add me to their SharePoint where I know there is info I need to do my job and shares partial decks....so I can totally relate. . maybe even the same Karen harassing both of us?
@ty there are a few toxic Karena I have to deal with on a daily basis.. It's exhausting. Karens all the do is set up a few toxic calls in the AM, cause chaos and confusion and disappear in the afternoon leaving engineering to fix all the sh-t. ALL. TPMs PMs, etc need to go. That's one time I'll support bots replacing people.
@qk I currently have to deal with a toxic Karen TPM who is zero technical and 100% bull sh-t. Set up meetings, hide info and selectively share minimum info as and when questions are asked (won't share the full doc that could have answered all our questions in one shot). What should take a day drags on for a month and keeps them "busy" . Her managers seem to be aware but ignore it as it makes the team looks busy as well. This is a fu---n joke..
@pe DISGUSTING! What a piece of sh-t org with equally sh---y managers and leaders all over. This team also contains the most useless, toxic female PMs I have seen anywhere. They are so awful all around with zero technical knowledge about the projects they run.
@km same old bull sh--e. Nothing honest or meaningful. They are planning to fire everyone and replace onshore with AI (artificial intelligence or An Indian). No mention on that in the Townhall! You can't outrun bad leadership with a name change. Lol I don't need MBA to know that.
@d7 was in PTO. What happened? Any major changes? Hint of more layoffs?

Well it's not a Layoff because that ETIPS_ALL_FTE Distribution List contains almost a thousand people. They're not going to layoff that many people in one department.
