Just respond neutral on anything that does not ask about MC. Then you know how to rate MC.
@cq for real, people come out here making these big claims but they don't back it up with more detail.
The only thing I know of is managers like me got a PowerPoint deck framework they call it saying that these low scores almost always indicates a lack of manager effectiveness.
In other words the MC is pushing down responsibility to the managers who have no control over any of this.
What is this pertaining to? Details please.
I heard this too. Redirecting blame to managers who don’t sell their message.
Most of us can’t be brainwashed. What are they going to do? Gas us next? Fu---d up, miserable l-wlifes that I call demons.
