Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Their new pilot bc the hate FR’s using admin time goes as followed. No more direct contact with hh via ur work cell. Any fault/flag no mater if it’s a 1 day or not now triggers a JOURNEY. This consist a 3 automatic emails every other day stating there is an issue within the hh. If u do not set an appointment it goes into ur personal phone list. U now call the hh from a call center # that is recorded 3 times, every other day, and u give them the roc # to
Set an appointment bc they no longer want direct contact thru ur work #. If no appointment is set u then just do a drop in at their house. 13 years and I might of done 10 drop ins. I think it’s rude and doesn’t sit well with me. They are getting rid of ur own field areas. U now go were they think there is an issues. The issues u used to resolve remotely, GONE. U now gotta show up for everything even if it takes 5 mins. They are removing the personal rapport and turning everything into a call center, AI, etc bullsh-t. This decision when rolled out everywhere will be the downfall of this sh---y company. They just posted that they want all install at 40% by next year. Needless to say, the free car which has kept me here longer than it should have had lost its value and I’m finally moving on. This company has never listened to their most valued employee the FR. U bring something up and the glass over it with company BS. No 2 weeks notice from this guy when the next opportunity comes along. I can’t wait till this descision burn this company down

@OP What does install at 40% mean? Basic rate? Completion rate? Self install?

Your command of written communication is questionable and I am sure it's been pretty easy for management to deduce your identity just through the use of U vs you. I know being an FR is a hard job that requires a lot of smarts but this post makes you all look like dip sh--s.

@OP So is this new? I haven’t heard of this before. Curious, how many reps and how many homes in your market? Are they at least allowing you overtime and is SMP still around?
